Align columns by header name and append data from multiple XLSX or CSV files into one table.

Supports ordinary XLSX and UTF-8 CSV: up to 8 MiB per file and 16 MiB combined.

Ordinary data tables only: no formulas, macros, merged cells, external links or original styling. The first row is the header. Select one worksheet per file.

Append data in file order. Header names must match; different column orders are aligned automatically.

XLSX exports preserve cells as text. Potential formulas in CSV receive an apostrophe prefix. Check the preview and downloaded result.

Instructions for use

  1. Select 2–10 XLSX or CSV files, arrange their order and read them.
  2. Select one worksheet per file and confirm matching header names.
  3. Choose CSV or XLSX, then merge and export. Mismatched headers stop the operation with an explanation.

Calculation basis and reference materials

Select 2–10 files and one worksheet from each. Headers must be nonempty, unique and matching. Up to 8 MiB per file, 16 MiB and 200000 cells combined, and 10000 output rows. No formula or macro execution.
