There is no device local voice available and will not switch to network voice.

Instructions for use

  1. Enter the text you want to read, choosing the appropriate language and voice from your device's native voice list.
  2. Click "Start Reading" and click "Stop Reading" when you need to finish.
  3. Unable to read when no local voice is available; this site will not automatically switch to online voice, nor will it export the audio.

Calculation basis and reference materials

Only the voices marked as localService by the browser are listed; they are not available when there is no local voice, do not automatically switch to network voices, and do not export audio files.
