Convert WebM clips to H.264/AAC MP4 in supported browsers.

Select a local audio and video file, up to 32 MiB; preview first, then fill in the segments to be processed.

Only process the fragments you fill in. Available formats depend on browser codec support and will not call network transcoding services.

After processing is complete, the results will be displayed here.

Instructions for use

  1. Select the WebM file, preview and identify the segments you need.
  2. Fill in the starting point and length, up to 60 seconds, and click "Convert to MP4".
  3. Preview and download MP4. When the browser lacks the required encoder, it cannot be converted and will not be uploaded to the server.

Calculation basis and reference materials

Input up to 32 MiB, up to 60 seconds at a time, video width up to 1280 px, 30 fps. The browser needs to support H.264 and the required AAC encoding; if it is not supported, an error will be reported and the transcoding will not be uploaded.
