By accessing and using Cereio ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Description of Services

Cereio provides free online developer tools including but not limited to:

  • Code formatters and beautifiers (JSON, XML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL, YAML, Markdown)
  • Data converters (ASCII, Unicode, Base64, URL encoding)
  • Generators (UUID, password, random string)
  • Developer utilities (regex tester, diff checker, hash generator)

All tools are provided as-is and process data entirely within your browser.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes. You must not:

  • Use our tools for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Attempt to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Use automated systems to access our services in a manner that exceeds reasonable use
  • Interfere with other users' access to or use of the services
  • Transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful data
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

Intellectual Property

The Cereio name, logo, website design, and original content are our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express permission. The tools themselves are provided for your personal and professional use.

User Data and Privacy

Your use of our tools is also governed by ourPrivacy Policy. All data you input into our tools is processed locally in your browser. We do not store, transmit, or have access to any data you process using our tools.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

  • The services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
  • The results obtained from using the services will be accurate or reliable
  • Any defects in the services will be corrected

You use our tools at your own risk. Always verify important data transformations and keep backups of your original data.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cereio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your use or inability to use our services
  • Any errors or inaccuracies in the tools or their output
  • Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
  • Any third-party content or conduct on our website
