A single image can be up to 12 MiB and 16 million pixels. GIF/Animation WebP's normal image operations only process the first frame.

Instructions for use

When maintaining the proportion, only change the target width, and the height will be automatically calculated; you can also choose to specify the width and height, and then click "Scale Image".
View output preview and download. Magnification cannot restore details that were not present in the original image.

Specifying a different aspect ratio stretches the image. Zooming in only adds pixels and does not restore original details out of thin air.
